What is a .CHT file?
The most common data format on the web.
A CHT file is a plain-text cheat code file used by video game emulators such as ZSNES, Snes9x, and Project64. It stores cheat codes (Game Genie, GameShark, or raw memory patches) for a specific game ROM. To use it, place it in your emulator's cheats folder and enable codes through the Cheats menu. You can also open and edit it in any text editor.
