What is a .ELM file?
The most common data format on the web.
An ELM file is a theme pack used by Microsoft FrontPage, a web design tool discontinued in December 2006. The file bundles graphics, stylesheets, and button images that FrontPage applied to a website in one click. No current software opens ELM files, and no practical conversion path exists.
