An HWT file is a Hancom Hanword document template, the South Korean equivalent of a Word .dotx file. Open it with Hancom Office Hanword (Windows or macOS) or with LibreOffice Writer for a free option. If the file came from a Huawei phone, it is an unrelated theme package and cannot be opened with word processor software.
