What is a .ICC file?
The most common data format on the web.
An ICC file is a binary color profile that describes how a specific device (monitor, printer, camera, or scanner) represents colors, so the OS can keep color consistent across devices. You rarely open it directly; instead you install it into Windows or macOS. On Windows, right-click the file and select Install Profile. On macOS, double-click and ColorSync Utility handles it.
