What is a .IPR file?
The most common data format on the web.
An IPR file is the root project configuration file for IntelliJ IDEA's classic project format, stored as plain XML. Open it in IntelliJ IDEA via File > Open. It is a legacy format replaced by the .idea/ directory format in 2009, but IntelliJ IDEA still reads it in all current versions.
