What is a .MXG file?
The most common data format on the web.
An MXG file is a configuration file created by URC MX Editor, the Windows software used to program Universal Remote Control hard-button remotes (MX-700, MX-800, MX-850, MX-900, MX-950 series). It stores device code sets, button macros, and IR assignments. To open one, you need URC MX Editor, which is available on request from URC Automation or through the Internet Archive.
