What is a .RELS file?
The most common data format on the web.
A RELS file is an internal XML part inside a Microsoft Office file (DOCX, XLSX, PPTX). You only see one if you unzipped an Office document. To read the actual document, open the original Office file; the .rels is plumbing, not content. You can view it as plain text in any editor.
